This looks great but my workplace and work culture (my boss in particular!) is not supportive of this kind of thing, can this program still work for me?
The approach to this depends on your personality and comfort level. If you are the type of person who doesn’t care what other people think and you’re willing to try the program, you can gain all the benefits of this program and be a positive model at work as you inspire others to move and to become healthier and more productive at work. If the workplace barriers are too much to overcome, then we would suggest finding at least one or two other people who will join you and gain their support. Inform you boss of what you are planning on doing and how minimal the time expense would be and the benefits you expect to experience. The program is offered at a low monthly fee to make it accessible to everyone whether your work is willing to pay for it or not. These two approaches are a bottom up approach. For a more top-down approach we are able to offer materials and speaking engagements that help educate your workplace around these issues of health and the importance of movement. We are also constantly producing videos, podcasts and blogs as ways of educating the public about the hazards of sitting and the power of movement. Sharing these materials and having discussions about these at work will help move your work culture towards health and movement.
How much investment of time will I need to get benefits from this course?
The daily investment is only a few minutes a day at the beginning of the program and grows as large as you are able. Since the practice consists of one or two minute MOVE breaks spread throughout the day, it is very easy to incorporate into your day. You will need to designate 20-30 minutes a week to watch the videos, which can occur easily over a lunch break with your colleagues or you can watch independently whenever you have time. So whatever time you can commit to this program, you will be able to experience amazing results. People who did an average of 6 breaks a day experienced improvements in their health and fitness. As long as you have a membership you can access any of the programs we offer as well as the tools and resources so you can learn and move at your own pace.
Is this method a cure for my disease?

Are the physical exercises suitable for all fitness levels?
Tim has created this training with the beginner in mind. The training begins with body awareness exercises and progress to flexibility, balance, strength and cardio. The exercises increase in terms of they way they challenge your body as well as the sedentary work culture.
